AI Procurement Agents for Aerospace & Defense
We're building an AI agent that sources suppliers, sends RFQs, validates compliance, and generates purchase orders — across portals, email, and phone. It deploys on your infrastructure and operates within your existing systems.
Currently in private beta.
Navigates supplier portals, ERP systems, and government databases. Submits RFQs, downloads specs, fills forms. Works with SAP, Costpoint, Deltek.
Sends RFQs, follows up on quotes, parses vendor responses, extracts pricing and lead times. Manages the back-and-forth autonomously.
Calls suppliers for urgent quotes and status checks. Handles phone-based vendor interactions. Transcribes and logs everything.
Screens ITAR/EAR. Validates CMMC and NIST 800-171. Flags counterfeit risks. Generates audit-ready documentation.
Procurement in aerospace and defense is manual, slow, and buried in compliance overhead. A single RFQ cycle takes weeks. Teams of 3-5 buyers manage thousands of line items per program. Every transaction requires ITAR screening, CMMC validation, and audit documentation.
The existing tools — SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer — organize workflows but don't do the actual work. Huntress does.
The agent operates across the channels where procurement actually happens: supplier portals, email, and phone. It deploys entirely on-premise or air-gapped, because in defense, that's not optional.
